Refund & Shipping Policy
The short version: you can cancel any time before your order ships for a full refund, and every order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery. Here is how it all works.
Shipping
- VORO is currently sold as a pre-order. You are charged today, and your order is expected to ship in fall 2026.
- We ship to United States addresses only at this time. Shipping is free on pre-orders.
- We email you when your order ships.
- If our shipping window changes, we will email you with the updated timing and the option to cancel for a full, prompt refund. If a delay is significant, we will not keep your money without your OK: you'll either confirm you want to wait, or we'll refund you in full.
Canceling before your order ships
- You can cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund of everything you've paid, no questions asked.
- To cancel, email hello@voroskin.com from the address you ordered with. Subscribers can also cancel online at our subscription portal.
30-day money-back guarantee
- If you're not happy with VORO for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund your order in full.
- You don't need to mail anything back. Keep it, gift it, or toss it.
- For subscriptions, the guarantee applies to each shipment: you can request a refund of any renewal within 30 days of that shipment's delivery.
Subscription cancellations
- Cancel anytime at our subscription portal (no call or chat required) or by emailing hello@voroskin.com.
- Canceling stops all future charges. Anything already shipped is still covered by the 30-day guarantee above.
- Canceling before your first pack ships also gets you a full refund of your first payment.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process them promptly, and they typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
