Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of voroskin.com and your purchases from Omnipher LLC, the company that owns and operates the VORO brand ("VORO," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our site, joining our list, opting in to texts, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to our Refund & Shipping Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order. Orders ship to United States addresses only at this time.
Orders and shipping
- VORO is in stock. Classic 4-packs ship to United States addresses within 2 business days by USPS Ground Advantage; design sets and custom packs are printed to order, with a 2-week lead time before they ship. Timelines are estimates and may change; if your order is delayed, we will email you with the updated timing and the option to cancel for a full refund.
- You may cancel any order before it ships for a full refund of amounts charged.
- Every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee after delivery. See the Refund & Shipping Policy for details.
- Orders placed before October 5, 2026 were pre-orders at pre-launch pricing and shipped at launch. Pre-launch pricing ended on October 5, 2026; current prices are shown on the site and at checkout.
- Product images on our site show pre-production units and are not exact. Final production units include the VORO logo and brand markings, and colors, finishes, and small details may vary slightly from the images shown.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are shown at checkout. Shipping & handling is $5.95 per one-time order, free on orders over $39 and on every subscription order; the amount is shown at checkout, along with any applicable sales tax.
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.
- A one-time purchase is a single payment. We do not enroll one-time buyers in a subscription or save their card for future charges.
Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
- Subscriptions started on or after October 5, 2026: you pay the introductory price shown at checkout for your first 4-pack ($12.71, 25% off, with free shipping), and your subscription then automatically renews at $16.95 every 3 months for a fresh 4-pack with free shipping, plus applicable sales tax. Renewal billing begins 3 months after your first order and continues every 3 months until you cancel.
- Subscriptions started before October 5, 2026 keep their pre-launch terms: $9.95 per 4-pack every 3 months with free U.S. shipping, renewal billing beginning on December 1, 2026, and a locked rate (as long as that subscription remains active, the renewal price stays $9.95 per 4-pack, even if our prices change).
- We email you a confirmation of these terms when you subscribe, a reminder before your first renewal charge, and at least one reminder per year with your renewal terms and how to cancel.
- Cancel anytime. You can cancel online anytime in your account or at our subscription portal (no call or chat required), or by emailing hello@voroskin.com. Canceling stops all future charges. Canceling before your first pack ships also gets you a full refund of your first payment.
- If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge; if it cannot be collected, your subscription is paused or canceled and nothing further ships.
Our products
- The VORO Lip Balm Card is a cosmetic lip balm for external use on the lips only.
- Stop using it if irritation develops, and keep it out of reach of small children.
- Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on our site is medical advice.
- The full ingredient list is printed on the product packaging and published on our site.
Messaging (SMS) terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these messaging terms:
- Programs: VORO runs two text programs, each with its own opt-in: (1) deals and product news for customers, and (2) sales and commission updates for VORO creators.
- Consent: your opt-in is express consent to be contacted by automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, about 4 messages per month for each program.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
- Sharing: we do not sell or share your mobile number or text opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@voroskin.com. You can also opt out by any other reasonable means, and we will honor it promptly.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers may change, and we may end the program at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
Trademarks, patents, and site content
"VORO," the VORO logo, and "Feel ready everywhere" are trademarks used by Omnipher LLC. VORO is the subject of U.S. trademark application Serial No. 50097729, filed September 9, 2026 in International Class 3. That application is pending and the mark is not yet registered, which is why you see VORO™ and not VORO®. "OMNIPHER" is a U.S. registered trademark, Reg. No. 7669887.
The VORO Lip Balm Card is covered by U.S. patent application 18/983,756, published as U.S. 2025/0194774 A1, which is why our product and packaging are marked patent pending.
All site content, product designs, and packaging designs are owned by or licensed to Omnipher LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Designs and artwork you upload
Our custom designer and our bulk order pages let you upload artwork that we print on your cards. When you upload anything, you are telling us that:
- you made the artwork or otherwise hold the rights to use it this way;
- it does not contain another company's logo or trade dress, a licensed character, a photograph you do not own, song lyrics, or a person's name or likeness used without their permission; and
- you give us permission to print it on the product you ordered, to make the copies needed to fill your order, and to keep the print file for our records.
You are responsible for the artwork you upload, and you agree to cover us for any third-party claim that comes out of it. We may review artwork before we print it, and we may refuse or cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund. Refusing an order is not a legal opinion about your artwork, and approving one is not permission to use artwork you do not have the rights to.
Copyright complaints
If you believe something on our site, in our designs gallery, or on a VORO product infringes a copyright you own, email hello@voroskin.com with "Copyright" in the subject line, or write to VORO (Omnipher LLC), 4502 Terra Cotta Road, Crystal Lake, IL 60012. Tell us what the work is, where on our site or product it appears, and how to reach you. We review every notice and remove infringing material.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. VORO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our messaging, or our products, except where prohibited by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product at issue. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, contact us first at hello@voroskin.com; most issues can be resolved quickly and informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, except that either of us may use small claims court where available. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the laws of your state that cannot be waived.
General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Omnipher LLC about the site and your purchases.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our site or messaging means you accept the update.
